There is nothing that worries a hoarder more than a stranger going through their belongings. They fear that all their cherished items will be thrown out which prevents them from asking for help. Steri-Cleans number one priority when cleaning any home is the recovery of any valuables, both monetary and sentimental in nature. We will always obtain from the homeowner what items they know are in the house that they want us to keep and those items will be documented before our work starts. During the cleaning, our team will look through every box, bag, cupboard, closet, file folder, etc. to make sure that nothing is removed that shouldn't be. We will assist in the locating and safe removal of any and all items that are wanted. We can provide storage bins, filing boxes and anything else to place these items into for safe keeping and/or storage. The last thing we want to do is lose an item that could be special to the homeowner. Upon our intial consultation, we will discuss these things and make a personalized plan on the belongings that are to be kept so nothing is lost or forgotten.  Just remember that under the piles of stuff is usually a once functioning household.
